Today like most days we sat down at Stevie's to enjoy Kaufman's finest bbq. What started out like any other day, ended with some hard conversation about leadership.
After much thinking and debating: I find this to be the perfect description of what leadership truly is.

The question we have to ask ourselves is "are we creating more leaders?"
